Mounting
Make your photo enlargement complete with our professional mounting services. We offer a choice of three backings to fit all tastes and budgets. Art board is an economical paper-based backing, foam board is light weight yet durable and gatorfoam is a premium dense black foam.
Mounting will help protect any size enlargement, but is especially recommended for prints larger than 11x14. Our professional mount service will prevent large prints from curling or rippling in the frame.
Artboard:
- 3-ply acid free mounting board
- Heat activated adhesive with a neutral pH
- Images larger than 20"x30" or are being center mounted will be pressure mounted to a 4-ply board
- Good for images going into a frame
Foamcore:
- 3/16" thickness
- White polystyrene foam core between white paper board - acid free
- Pressure activated adhesive with a neutral pH
- Very light weight
Gatorfoam:
- 3/16" thickness
- High-density black polystyrene foam between two layers of wood-fiber veneer
- Rigid and durable yet light weight
- Resistant to moisture and ultraviolet rays
- Perfect for framing, leaning or hanging directly on a wall
